- You may cancel the Contract and return the Product for any reason provided we are notified by email – email@example.com within the 7 day period commencing the day after you received the Product.
- The Product you return must be unopened and returned in its original packaging.
- The price of the Products returned will be refunded to you in full. You will pay the cost of the return.
- If the Product is defective in any way, you may return the Product to us if at any time within the 14-day period commencing the day after you received the Product. We will offer you an exchange or refund, and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.
- When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product.
- If within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Products you have not notified us of cancellation of Contract or that a Product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the Products thereafter.
